"I like being in a community that is not cookie cutter. While there are only a few basic models of homes available, the use of different elevations, materials, landscape, etc give the feel that no two houses are alike. Within my Bosgraaf Home, I fell in love with the angles, windows, nooks and nine foot ceilings. It has divided rooms with walls, yet also has an open concept. It is cozy and spacious all at the same time. The large and numerous windows give bright natural light (even when it's not so bright outdoors). A more memorable impression is that of our sales person Marv. He was a delight to work with; definitely "no pressure" letting the community and the homes do all the "talking". He was pleasant, always accommodating, returned calls promptly and seemed as excited as we were when we were able to close on our new house. I was attracted to the Bosgraaf concept of community, with it's parks, trails and bus depot for the children. The neighborhood is well designed for child safety with only one entrance/exit."
